Roren is an independent, Bermudian company that operates the INSURECORDS.COM website. It trades as ROREN.IT, as well as the INSURECORDS.COM system, Roren also provides customized Underwriting recording and information systems.
INSURECORDS.COM is a website where the details of a risk record, the documents that support the placement (such as applications and policy wordings and endorsements) and claims information can be displayed. This can be accessed by the Broker, the Client, Insurers and Claim Representatives. It also allows claims to be reported and recorded on-line using the section called NOTICECLAIMS.COM. It offers a secure, independent and efficient repository for these records and facilitates easier preparation of renewal documents and data mining. It is a non-intrusive system: it doesn’t need any software to be downloaded and Users and non-Users do not affect each other.
NOTICECLAIMS.COM is a section of the website INSURECORDS.COM that specifically allows claims to be reported and recorded on-line. When entered and sent using this site, the Notice is emailed to the Monitoring Counsel and any Carriers that subscribe to the system. Once sent, it is time and date “stamped”, the notice remains as a record on the system and it can be updated but not deleted. Thus it provides a timely, indisputable record that adds to the subsequent data available for the Users. There are tools included that offer unique and valuable ways of monitoring a claim and warning as to its likely outcome and cost.
For most Users, the Brokers and Insureds as well as their claims managers, adjusters or monitoring counsel there is no cost for using the system.
Carriers, Insurers and Reinsurers and their agents (e.g. MGAs and MGUs), are charged a small fee for using the system. This charge is based upon a relatively conservative estimate of the savings made by the Carriers by using the system. For example, by using NOTICECLAIMS.COM, which is part of the system there will be no need for an initial claim report to Insurers and that will offer an immediate cost saving. INSURECORDS.COM offers not just the opportunity to have a record that can easily be accessed, a claim notification system that gives an efficient, undisputable record of the claims notified and a simply-assembled renewal application but it also offers a database of information that will add up to even more than the “sum of the parts”. As a rough guide an Insurers would be charged between 0.3% and 0.5% of their Gross Premium for each risk record on the system that they can access. The amount would vary depending upon the volume of risk records.
Normally this is invoiced monthly and payment is made. If the fee isn’t paid access to the system by the Carrier will be denied.
Attachments are any documents that are relevant to the risk or claims. These can be uploaded onto the system and be kept with the risk record. They include any word documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, power point presentations or scanned documents. They might contain the application, schedule of locations, loss record, policy wording with endorsements, loss adjuster’s reports, legal complaints etc.
These are the terms and conditions for Users of INSURECORDS.COM. Please read all these provisions (“Terms”) carefully before using the INSURECORDS.COM system. If you do not accept these terms and conditions do not use the INSURECORDS.COM system or download materials from it.
You should revisit these Terms from time to time to review the then-current Term because they are binding upon you.
This website, INSURECORDS.COM is owned and provided by ROREN.IT, a Bermudian business. For purposes herein, the applicable website or sites are referred to herein as the "Site." Each Site is provided for your information and makes no assertion as to its authenticity or accuracy. It is not intended to be used as evidentiary proof of the existence or not of any contract or agreement.
Your access to and use of the Site is subject to the following Terms and all applicable laws:

The Site contains information and material, including, but not limited to, text, statistics and graphics and attachments, (collectively "Materials") which are derived in whole or in part from information and materials supplied by ROREN.IT and other sources, and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other laws and the entire content of the Site is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States Copyright Laws.
ROREN.IT owns the copyright in the overall selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, and owns the rights in, or license to use, the individual components of such content. Notwithstanding this the Materials that you supply, remain yours to use. However, such Materials that are published on the site already will continue to be available to all other Users.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way or decompiled, reverse engineered or disassembled, including but not limited to the text, statistics, images, audio and/or video, as well as any software (including but not limited to any images or files incorporated in or generated by the software or data accompanying such software), except with the express, current permission of ROREN.IT and only to the extent of the permission granted.
This limited authorization is not a transfer of title in the Materials and by your use of the Site you acknowledge that you do not acquire any license, ownership or other rights to the Materials other than those that existed for the specific information that you supplied.
Modification of the Materials or use of the Materials for any other purpose is a violation of ROREN. IT’s or such other sources’ copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights and may violate other laws. It is expressly agreed that value of the Materials is beyond their replacement value and have value based upon the potential consequential loss of such violation.
The use of any such Materials on any other Website or networked computer or environment is prohibited without ROREN.IT’s express consent. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use the Site may be terminated and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.
If ROREN.IT charges any User a fee to use the site, it must be paid in a timely fashion and failure to do so may result in future access to the system being denied regardless of past payments.
It is intended that ROREN.IT will take reasonable steps to secure this Site and the information and Materials on it but you expressly agree that they will not be held liable for any breach of that security or its consequential loss.
The Site’s availability may be effected by malicious and benign acts and failure of equipment or software and ROREN.IT makes no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to its availability in whole or in part.
If you invite another person to use the Site it is your responsibility to ensure they behave appropriately and that when their access should cease, either through termination of employment, change of job or position or any other reason it is your responsibility to ensure their authority to access the Site is withdrawn.
ROREN.IT may monitor Users and gather and share data about the amount, time and nature of their usage.
The site and Materials and related communications are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose..
Some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions of implied warranties may not be applicable under certain circumstances. Under these circumstances, all other exclusions remain in force.

During that twelve month period the new controller or owner will not have access to your data or records. After the twelve month period, or earlier if you desire, your individual data will be removed.
ROREN.IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise these Terms at any time and correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Site and Materials. Materials may also be changed, modified, added, or removed and updated without notice at any time; however, ROREN.IT is under no obligation to update Materials.

Your continued use of the Site after any change ROREN.IT makes to the Site will be considered acceptance of those changes. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bermuda, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement and Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ROREN.IT and you with respect to your use of the Site.
